Process

How a job runs.

You see the work before it is called finished. Language jobs follow translation, editing and proofreading, then a final check, at the level you ordered.

  1. Scope

We write down the job, the languages, the deadline and what is out of scope.

  2. Build or translate

Design, engineering or the language passes. You can review along the way.

  3. Check

A speed report for a launch. For language, a final read against the brief by a second person.

  4. Hand over

Files, access and ownership. Ongoing care only if you want it.

Questions

What is the revision policy?

One round of revisions is included on the files we delivered, within the period stated in your quote. New source text is a new job.

What if you miss the date?

We tell you as soon as we see a risk, not on the day. The terms explain what happens if we miss an agreed date.

Next step

Tell us the job and the markets. We will scope it properly.

  • Written quote before work starts
  • One project lead in Glasgow
  • Second linguist on every translation
