Questions
Which languages do you cover?
European and Asian languages, into and out of English. See the languages page. The quote names who will work on your pair.
How fast is a translation?
It depends on length, language and subject. A short, clear document often takes a few working days. A product localisation is scheduled. The quote gives a date.
Which formats do you accept?
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, web exports, string files, subtitle files, and photos or scans. Design files such as InDesign by agreement.
Is the work confidential?
Yes. We sign an NDA on request. Only the people on your job see the files. We do not train public AI models on your content.
How do revisions work?
One round is included on the delivered files, within the period stated in the quote. New text is quoted again.
How do you take payment?
The quote states the amount, the currency, any deposit, the due date and how to pay.
Who owns the website code and the translated text?
You do, once the agreed fees are paid. See the terms.
Can you set up our domain and email?
Yes. See domains and business email.
