Who pays for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
You pay the provider directly, on your own account. We set it up and hand over the admin login.
Why does my email go to spam?
Usually because SPF, DKIM or DMARC is missing or wrong. Since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo have required these records from bulk senders, and they help every sender.
Can you move us from another email provider?
Yes. We move mailboxes and contacts and plan the switch so no mail is lost.
Do you hold our domain?
No. The domain is registered to you. We only ask for access while we work.
